Returns

In accordance with the law you have a 7 day "cooling off" period in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. you do no need to give a reason for canceling your purchase. We will refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation. This "cooling off" period starts the day after you receive the goods.

We do not except or refund goods returned that have been personalised to an individual or club/team or business, unless the goods are proven faulty or decorated as per the instruction of the customer.

How to cancel within the 7 day "cooling off" period

Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the "cooling off" period please inform us by email at sales@kentsoccer.co.uk

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery,registered post or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address and a copy of your purchase invoice.

Refunds for unwanted goods

Providing that the unwanted goods are received by us in an unused, unopened and resale-able condition within 7 days, we will refund the payment for the goods in full within 30 days of return of the goods.

Delivery Lead Times

Garments ordered may not be in stock at time of order, if this is the case the customer will be notified by email or phone call.

In this situation the goods may not be available for up to 2-3 weeks, and will then be despatched by either Recorded delivery or courier, this will be at the request of the customer.

Carriage charge will be £5.00 on all orders under £175, cost of delivery to all addresses in the U.K & Northern Ireland.

Kent Soccer Company will assess the demand for garments, and will try to maintain a level of stock to meet demand.
